Cindy Liska
OTR/Co-Owner
As registered occupational therapist, I have a passion for helping children that drove me to team up with Betsy Stroder and start up BCM Innovative Therapies. I work diligently with my clients to improve their ability to perform tasks in living and social environments. Whatever challenges that child my face, I work with the staff and the parents to help overcome adversities. My goal is to help children so they may grow to have independent, productive, and satisfying lives. The work we do here at BCM is the most rewarding I have ever been a part of and am thankful everyday for the talented caring staff that have come together to serve this community.

Martha Phillips
LOTA
Martha has received her AAS in OTA from Navarro College in 1999 and has been an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 10 years. She has been a Habilitation Coordinator for MHMR, coordinating OT, PT and Speech for adults and disabilities, mental retardation, and mental health diagnosis. She has experience in at-home health, inpatient rehab and nursing homes. She also has experience as an adaptive equipment and mobile specialist. Martha is a clinical instructor for OTA students and on the OTA Advisory Board at Navarro College.

Martha chose to go back to college after having her 3rd child. After taking care of both parents while they were in the end stages of their life she decided that occupational therapy was a field she could help people in all stages of their lives.

“Having dealt with the death of my parents became a gift I could use and share as they were experiencing the same issues. Now, doing pediatric allows me to help children and families experience the milestones and development every child needs. When a child learns to tie their shoe, write their name or achieve many other goals it is a celebration throughout the clinic! It is truly the happiest place anyone could work!”
