I am an occupational therapist who had a vision to offer outpatient pediatric therapy for children in the Corsicana area. Born and raised in Corsicana I wanted to give back to the area which gave so much to me. BCM Innovative Therapies was founded in 2005 and the doors to the remodeled facility were opened in 2008.
I graduated from the Navarro College OTA program in 1999 and continued my education while obtaining my Masters in Occupational Therapy from Texas Women’s University in 2010. Pediatric therapy has always been the forefront of my interest, however, there is no therapy setting I do not enjoy. I am certified in LSVT Big which is a program specifically for patients with Parkinson’s Disease.
It is my desire to continuously learn and develop skills that can be passed along to the children, parents, and adults I have the privilege to service at BCM Innovative Therapies. Our bees do fly and my heart swells with joy each time we celebrate small and large victories, which I have to say is often. God blessed me as He led me into this career of occupational therapy and I hope I can bless others with the passion and knowledge this profession has given me.

My name is Drew Boring, and I have been a speech-language pathologist since 2003. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with my Master's of Science, and I have continuously worked in pediatrics.
I have primarily treated in outpatient and home-health settings, and these types of settings allow for lots of problem-solving and collaboration with caregivers — the "MVP's" of team therapy.
While I am not afraid to attempt new tactics and experiment, I tend to employ tried-and-true techniques that lean toward a more practical approach. I consider myself an early interventionist, but also enjoy the challenge of adding new things to an existing equation.
I see each child as a unique creation — wonderfully made. I love the joy and excitement that patients and families experience when goals are reached and milestones re met. I am happy to be a part of my new therapy community and look to make an impact where I can.
